Digital Delivery Policy (Shipping)

As Tanisha Shaefer Coaching Solutions exclusively offers digital products and virtual coaching services, this policy governs the electronic delivery of our offerings.

1. Delivery of Digital Products (EBooks and Workbooks)

  • Method of Delivery: All digital products (EBooks, Workbooks, Guides) are delivered electronically to the customer. We do not ship physical items.

  • Delivery Time: Digital products are delivered instantly via a secure download link sent to the email address provided by the customer at checkout. This link is automatically generated and fulfilled by Shopify's system immediately following successful payment processing.

  • Responsibility: The customer is responsible for ensuring the email address provided is accurate and for downloading the digital files in a timely manner. If a delivery email is not received within one hour of purchase, the customer must contact our support team at [Insert Support Email Address].

2. Delivery of Coaching Services (Sessions and Packages)

  • Method of Delivery: Coaching services (including the Money Roadmap Session, Strategy Sessions, and Consultations) are delivered virtually via scheduled phone call or online meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet) as outlined in the confirmation email.

  • Delivery Fulfillment: Fulfillment of coaching services is confirmed upon the successful completion of the scheduled session.

  • Scheduling and Confirmation: Upon purchase, the client will immediately receive a purchase confirmation email containing the necessary link to our Online Scheduling Calendar. The client is responsible for booking their session within the designated business hours. All scheduling confirmations and reminders will be sent via email.

3. No Physical Shipment

  • Tanisha Shaefer Coaching Solutions does not offer, process, or deliver any products or services that require physical shipping via postal mail or courier services. Any requested shipping information during checkout is solely for billing and verification purposes.
