Coaching Session Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

All purchases of personalized coaching sessions secure a time slot and the immediate allocation of resources for profile analysis. Therefore, payment for coaching services constitutes a non-refundable fee.

Clients may reschedule their purchased session one time via the online scheduling system, provided the change is made at least 24 hours prior to the originally scheduled appointment time.

Cancellation of a coaching session will result in the forfeiture of the scheduled session and the fee paid will not be refunded.

Digital Product Refund Policy

All digital products, including the Credit Confidence EBook and Easy Budgeting Workbook, are delivered electronically and instantly upon purchase. Due to the immediate, non-returnable nature of digital access, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable.
